Saw after great tribulation: “Church must one day defeat and destroy the criminal revolution and constitution,” old usages reinstated, religion flourishing, Church restored by a large assembly of ministers led by two great figures distinguished by Holy Spirit’s zeal.
World shown as having “about two centuries left” from ca. 1798, with God knowing the exact time. Restoration of Church/peaceful age precedes reign of Antichrist and final tribulation/end.
Predicted “bloody wars,” earthquakes, and devastation before coming of the Antichrist; only those armed with faith and courage will persevere—martyrdom, apostasy, and a critical decline of true Christians before final renewal.
Saw the “Church of Peter undermined by a plan of the secret sect” Freemasons; Pope in distress, surrounded by traitors, darkness spreads, only a remnant of faithful remains, but “help is coming at the height of distress; a woman appears, the Church is renewed and rises up gloriously.”
Saw “good and devout clergy harassed, oppressed, imprisoned,” many future martyrs; persecution by the “secret sect” succeeds in nearly destroying the Church. Woman with child Mary/Church appears, followed by a “man on a white horse” Great Monarch?, enemies are routed, Church is rebuilt more magnificent than before.
